Business Continuity Plan

We’ve planned for the unexpected.

We’ve implemented a corporate-wide Business Continuity Program (BCP) to protect against significant disruption of business as a result of an unplanned event. The program, developed in cooperation with Paradigm Solutions International, a Certified Business Continuity Planner, is fully integrated with our standard operational procedures.

The BCP ensures critical business functions will go uninterrupted and is optimally maintained through regular testing. Through testing, we’ve also trained and prepared our employees on how to best respond to emergencies. In the event of a significant business disruption, the NSB will first insure the health and safety of our employees and then oversee the continuation of business.

In the event of a significant business disruption, we’ll always restore full service as quickly as possible, providing our customers with prompt access to their accounts.
