First-time log in tips
If you had an active Northwest Online Business Banking account prior to September 27, 2021, you’ll use your same User ID and password to log in to the new platform. After login, review and accept new terms and conditions and follow authentication prompts. You’ll also create a new password and select and answer security challenge questions.
To log in from through a web browser, click the green “Log In” button at the top of this page or use the log in box on the homepage.
If you’re logging in through the Northwest app on your mobile device, follow these steps:
- Delete the old Northwest app
- Search "Northwest Mobile Banking" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to download our new app
