The new Northwest Secure Email is free and should be used any time you’re sending us sensitive information like tax returns and financial statements, or documents that include personally identifying information like Social Security numbers, account numbers, contact information or birth dates.

After you click the link, you’ll enter the email address you’d like to register with Northwest Secure Email and click continue to enter some basic information. After that, you’ll be ready to send and receive secure emails using Northwest Secure Email.
