Northwest Bank Associates Raise More Than $175,000 Through United Way Month- long Giving Campaign

Columbus, Ohio (May 26, 2026) — Northwest Bank announced the successful conclusion of its 2026 United Way Giving Campaign, with associates across the organization coming together to support programs and services that strengthen the communities where they live and work.

Through one-time donations and ongoing payroll pledges, Northwest associates raised $119,161 in total pledges during the month-long campaign. With the company matching $0.50 for every dollar that employees contributed, for a total of $59,581, the campaign delivered $178,742 benefiting United Way and local nonprofit partners funding activities to deliver community impact across the bank’s four-state footprint across IN, NY, OH and PA.

“Each contribution — no matter the size — represents a shared commitment to helping our communities thrive,” said Devin Teles-Cygnar, chief marketing and communications officer at Northwest Bank. “This campaign shows the collective impact our associates can make when we come together around a common purpose.”

Funds raised through the campaign will support nonprofit efforts focused on financial stability, education, housing and basic needs — priorities that directly align with Northwest Bank’s long-term community impact commitment.

“Partnerships like this help ensure families have access to the resources they need to build stability and opportunity,” said Robert Fournier, senior relationship manager, donor engagement and stewardship at United Way of Central Ohio. “Northwest Bank’s associates play an important role in strengthening the nonprofit network that serves our communities every day.”

The United Way Giving Campaign is part of Thrive with Northwest Bank, the company’s unified community impact commitment. Thrive focuses on advancing economic mobility and opportunities through strategic partnerships, volunteerism and charitable giving.
